It is held in our customer relationship system and security measures are in place to protect that information. We store personal information contained in electronic databases in a secure environment with controlled access and only the absolute minimum is contained in paper based and other hard copy documents located securely within our premises. These hard copy documents are physical forms filled out by customers authorizing payments for products or services. The payment details sections of these forms are shredded after processing.

We may occasionally hire other companies to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to handling customer support enquiries, processing transactions, sending emails, event bookings, or customer freight shipping. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service. Like most websites, our web servers automatically record some general information about your visit, but do not recognise or record any personal information about you.
